How to Order
1. Call me at 541-459-4312. If there is no answer, just leave a message and I will do my best to get back to you. My wife Maxine may answer and can assist you if I am not available. If you can't get ahold of me go ahead and submit the order form Here
I'll let you know if I have any questions.
2. Mail me a check or make payment through PayPal for full payment amount. I will email you my address, or give it to you over the phone when we talk. If you submit an order form and we haven't spoken on phone there is a possibility it will be overlooked and you won't get a knife, so call if you don't hear back.
3. I will begin your knife once your payment has been received. Allow several weeks (or more) for the completion of your knife. I will ship you the knife via USPS once completed. A knife typically takes me between 8-12 hours to make, and all orders are filled on a first come - first serve basis. All knives are made 100% by me, and according to my schedule.
4. If your knife breaks and you are not a jackass I will replace it for you. Just send me the broken one so I can understand what you did to break it, and I will make a replacement that will take your usage needs into account.

This steel holds a sharper edge longer, making it ideal for skinning or cooking.

This steel is tougher and withstands impact better. Ideal for boning, chopping, and more high impact uses.
